Refund policy

There is a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must have tag(s) still attached and free from scents, stains, pet hair or wear. It must be in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact me at luckycatchboutique@gmail.com. Items sent back to me without requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, no refunds are issued. You will receive a gift card via email for the amount paid for the item(s) minus original shipping cost paid. If an items is damaged or not correct, you will be issued a gift card for the amount paid for the item(s) plus original shipping cost paid. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective or damaged. 

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as candy or food, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items with name and dates) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

Exchanges
Exchanges apply to return policy. If a size doesn't fit, you may swap for a different size if I have it in stock or if I am able to order the item(s) again. Please note, you are responsible for shipping costs back and forth (or local drop off. if you are local to me). 

Refunds
No Refunds or credits will be issued due to shipping delays by a vendor or shipping platforms (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc) Shipping time frame is out of my control. I always note on the presale listing the ETA of arrival for items. As stated above, refunds are not issued. Refunds are provided via a gift card. Gift cards do not expire and can be used on anything in store at any point of time.
