Shipping policy

For ready to ship in stock items, I usually ship within one day of a paid invoice. For ready to ship items from my vendor, I try to have them ship directly to you if I can. If I cannot, items will arrive to me and the same one day policy applies. Please note, this means they ship to me and then I will ship to you upon arrival. 

If you are local and select local pick up at checkout, you will receive an email once your item has been fulfilled. That email contains the pick up location and information. You will also receive a tag on a post on Facebook your purchase is ready for pick up. Please note, you have 30 days to pick up from the fulfillment email. If you do not pick up within these 30 days, you may pay for shipping to have your items shipped. If I reach out to you multiple times via email, messenger or text and get no response back about pick up or shipping, your items will be removed from the treasure chest pick up area and your items will be donated to a local women's shelter. It is not my responsibility to remind you multiple times over a month to pick up. If you cannot make it, please pay for shipping at checkout! 
Also note, I am a one woman show. I work full time outside of Lucky Catch Boutique and full time with the boutique. Sometimes life happens and it may take an extra day for packages to go out. You will receive a tracking number via email when your label is created. Packages go out same day or next day after label is done. Once your package has been shipped, items may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of my control (weather, plane/truck delays, employee shortages, etc).Â
